Banana Spice Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 very ripe bananas
- ¾ pint soy milk
- 1 ½ oz ground almonds
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
Directions:
- Slice the bananas and freeze for at least two hours.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until thick and frothy.
- Pour into glasses with a couple ice cubes.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon on top.
