Broiled Grapefruit
Ingredients:
- 2 grapefruits, halved
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
Directions:
- Preheat broiler, with rack 4 inches from heat.
- Use a paring knife to loosen grapefruit segments from membranes and pith.
- Sprinkle grapefruit with sugar and half of the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Broil on a baking sheet until edges are slightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Top with a dollop of yougurt, and sprinking remaining spices over top.
