Curry Onion and Garlic Soup


Ingredients:

8 cups water
8 sodium free beef bullion cubes
2 lbs. onions
1 head garlic
4 tablespoons curry powder

Directions:

1. In large pot, add water and bullion cubes to a boil.
2. Cut onions, garlic and curry powder and add to boiling mixture.
3. Cook until onions and garlic are tender (about 1/2 hour).
