Granola Trail Mix Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1-2 ounces M&Ms
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with non-fat cooking spray.
- Mix sugar, vanilla, and egg together in a medium bowl, until well blended.
- Add granola, fruit, nuts, and M&Ms; stir until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to baking pan, and use hands to press evenly along bottom of pan.
- Bake for 25 mintues, let cool, then cut into bars.
