Grilled Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 6 medium russet potatoes, peeled, if desired, and sliced thinly
- 1 large white onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat grill on high heat.
- Alternately arrange potatoes, onion, and butter slices on large pieces of aluminu foil.
- Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley over top.
- Tightly seal potatoes in foil, and place on the grill.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
