Healthy, Homemade Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt; stir in water.
  2. Stir over medium heat till to boiling.
  3. Stir and gently boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add milk; stirring constantly.
  5. Heat just to serving temperature.
