Healthy Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 can chick peas, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground caraway
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Serve with pita bread or sliced vegetables.
