Independence Day Trifle
Ingredients:
- 1 large package blue Jell-O
- 1 large package red Jell-O
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 3 cups Angel Food Cake, cubed
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions:
- Make Jell-O according to package directions, and pour each type into its own rectangular pan to cool.
- Chill Jell-O until firm, then cut into small squares.
- Place blue Jell-O cubes at the bottom of a glass trifle dish.
- Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip over top.
- Next, add the Angel Food Cake, then the strawberry slices.
- Add another 1/3 of the Cool Whip.
- Add red Jell-O, remaining Cool Whip, and then top with the blueberries.
