Lemon Orzo Pilaf
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Cook orzo in a large saucepan according to package directions.
- Drain and return to saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients, and toss to combine.
- Serve alongside your favorite dish.
