Mixed Summer Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 5 oz. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
- ½ pint vanilla flavored soy milk
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.
- Garnish with berries, if desired.
