Parmesan Poppyseed Sticks
Ingredients:
- Phyllo dough
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Poppy seeds
- Paremsan cheese, grated finely
Directions:
- Stack 4 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with a thin layer of olive oil, and sprinkling Parmesan cheese over top.
- Cut stack into 3/4 inch strips, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds over top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes, until they are light brown.
