Pasta Shells with Sausage and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. white-wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 crowns broccoli
- 8 oz. medium shell pasta
- 2 precooked turkey sausages, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Steam broccoli while pasta is cooking.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high, and add sausage; cook 4 minutes, or until browned.
- Add broccoli, vinegar, and garlic, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add pasta and oil to mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, toss until combined, and serve immediately.
