Quick Garlic Vinegarette
Ingredients:
- 1/3 C. red wine vinegar
- 2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. fresh ground black pepper
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 C. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- In small bowl, whisk everything except olive oil.
- Then, whisk in olive oily slowly till well blended.
- Refrigerate before and after serving.
