Sesame Ginger Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, combine chicken with lemon juice and soy sauce.
- Add honey and stir to melt.
- Add paprika, pepper, ginger, and sesame oil, stirring until well combined.
- Cook chicken until it is no longer pink in the center.
- Turn heat up slightly and simmer chicken, stirring frequently until the liquids are reduced and thickened.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
