Soy Chai Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 bags black tea
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups soy milk
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients besides soy milk in a medium sauce pan.
- Heat until mixture begins to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and let tea steep for 30 minutes.
- Mix tea with 2 cups of soy milk, and heat over stove to serve hot, or chill tea and serve over ice to serve cold.
