Spice Rubbed Cod with Capers
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 pieces cod loin
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. capers
Directions:
- Pat dry cod loins. Rub in dry spices to both sides. Let sit 5 minutes.
- In a fry pan on medium high heat, add oil.
- Place fish in pan and cover 3 minutes. Flip fish and turn heat to medium low, add capers and cover pan again for about 3 to 5 minutes. Until fish is white in color.
