Spinach Tortellini Soup


Ingredients:

4 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium)
2 cups fresh chopped spinach
8oz cheese filled spinach tortellini
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Directions:

1. Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan.
2. Add spinach and tortellini.
3. Season to taste.
4. Cook until pasta is tender.
