Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Seasoned Salt
- Cooking Spray
Directions:
- Rinse pumpkin seeds, and remove excess pulp.
- Lay seeds out on paper towel to dry overnight.
- Spread seeds out onto a baking sheet.
- Spray seeds with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Bake for 1 hour at 250-300 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let seeds cool, then enjoy!
