Yogurt Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
- 8oz vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
- Whisk together yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
- Sprinkle nutmeg over top.
- Serve with fruit, such as apples, pears, melons, and grapes.
