Kristi Tuck, BS, ACSM is a certified Health/Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sport Medicine, and a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist through The American Council on Exercise. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
Kristi is a strong proponent of regular exercise and the role it plays in wellness. She is the acting Director of Fitness at The MAC and East Hills Athletic Clubs – owned and operated by Saint Mary’s Health Care in Grand Rapids, Michigan – and is charged with elevating the fitness program so that people of all ages and medical backgrounds can benefit. And don’t bother to offer “lack of time” as an excuse for lack of exercise. Kristi is a full-time working mom of four, three of which are triplets born in 2006!
Kristi is a consultant to Old Orchard Brands, pairing her knowledge and expertise with wellness programs that the company participates in to raise the bar for benefit and participation in the community. She offers her insight to visitors of healthybalance.com with an occasional column and a weekly Q&A session devoted solely to healthybalance.com participants.
